We are currently looking to recruit for the following positions around or near the Oxfordshire area:
1: Experienced cabling engineers.
This role is for people with experience in TRR and subduct installation. Must be fit and strong and have a positive attitude in attempting to achieve the objectives set out before them.
The majority of projects we undertake is critical backhaul work and sometimes requires lengths off over 400m to be TRR/SD, although we can supply equipment and guidance to assist with these longer lengths.
2: Trainee cabling engineers.
These positions are for people who fancy a change of career or looking for their first role in a new industry, but who like working with their hands and being outside.
Full training and qualifications will be provided and you will work alongside experienced operatives undertaking civils avoidance work, installing TRR/Subducts.
3: Experienced Splicing and Fibre blowing engineers.
These positions are for experienced operatives who are looking for a fresh challenge or job security and have the ability to help the company develop this new additional service we now offer. Splicing experience will be needed on large backhaul cables.
All these positions come with competitive hourly rates and fixed contract, rather then the usual self employed price per meter, as well as paid holiday.
There is plenty off overtime as we work days and nights depending on the traffic management arrangements.
