Yesterday was Team DTL’s annual Family Fun Day & BBQ — one of those special occasions each year when we can bring everyone from across all our divisions together, away from the day-to-day work, to celebrate the efforts of our fantastic team alongside their partners and children.
The kids’ activities, live music and BBQ buffet all went down brilliantly, and thankfully the weather played its part too!
We also had the opportunity to celebrate another fantastic milestone — 10 years of service for Callum.
Callum joined Drain Technology as a young lad, coming to us from Tesco, still living at home with his family and starting out on a completely new career path.
Fast-forward 10 years and a lot has changed. Callum now has a lovely wife, two children and has developed into one of our top engineers and a hugely valued member of Team DTL.
Watching people join the business, develop their careers and build their lives alongside the growth of the company is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Congratulations on 10 years, Callum — and a massive thank you to everyone across Team DTL for your continued hard work and commitment.
