Today, our pipe rehabilitation team is on site in Oxfordshire, carrying out a specialist installation involving a 38-metre liner with a 300mm diameter.
Given the size and curing time required for this installation, the liner was pre-wet out by RSM and delivered in a temperature-controlled cool box. This approach ensures the team has ample time to accurately position and install the liner without the resin setting prematurely.
Once the liner is in place, the team will initiate the curing process by circulating hot water through a boiler system, activating the resin and bonding the liner securely within the host pipe.
This method forms part of our trenchless rehabilitation approach, minimising disruption to surrounding areas while delivering a durable and long-lasting result.
