Here we have a late-night call out for a new client whose drainage system was blocked and backing up, meaning the drains were unusable and at a risk of possibly overflowing.
The call was made in to our out-of-hours team and we responded by utilising one of our smaller more versatile tankers, restoring full flow and operation for the client.
