Our team has made significant progress on a pump station adoption project, carrying out a sequence of essential mechanical and structural upgrades to bring the system up to full operational standard.
Following the replacement of thrust blocks within the valve chamber, the team also:
-
Installed a new vent pipe to the correct specification
-
Repaired and replaced the davit arm stand
-
Replaced two faulty non-return valves, completed by one of our experienced pump engineers
-
Serviced the pumps in full to ensure efficient and reliable operation
To complete the works, our tanker division conducted a thorough washdown and clean of both the pump station and the valve chamber, ensuring the site is left safe, functional, and ready for adoption.
This project is a strong example of our multi-disciplinary in-house capability, bringing together mechanical, civil, and environmental expertise to deliver turnkey pump station solutions.
If you’re facing issues with a pump station or treatment plant, whether it’s cleaning, servicing, repairs or full renewals, we’re here to help.
